JOB DETAILS:
• We are looking for a talented 3D and VR Architectural Rendering Artist to join our client's team. You will be responsible for creating 3D and VR renderings and visualizations for a range of construction projects, including pre-designed and custom-built homes, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:
● Create high-quality 3D and VR renderings and visualizations for a range of construction projects, including pre-designed and custom-built homes, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects
● Work closely with architects and project managers to ensure that renderings accurately represent the design and specifications of the project
● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to create promotional materials and presentations for clients
● Use your creativity and artistic skills to bring concepts and designs to life in a visually appealing and engaging way
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in 3D and VR rendering and visualization, and share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team
● Work efficiently and meet project deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
● Proven experience of at least 2 years as a 3D and VR Architectural Rendering Artist.
● Proficient in industry-standard 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray
● Experience in VR rendering and visualization tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine
● Strong understanding of design principles and architectural concepts
● Expert-level knowledge and experience with 3D rendering software, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray
● Proven experience creating hyper-realistic 3D renders and walk-through videos
● Experience creating interactive 3D VR experiences for use with a VR headset
● A strong understanding of the latest technology and trends in 3D rendering and VR space
● A willingness to step out of your comfort zone and learn new technologies
