JOB DETAILS:
Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda Limited (JHICU) is looking for young, energetic, flexible, and committed individuals to join their team as Bancassurance Sales Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Bancassurance Sales Officer, you will:
1. Manage retail business through partnerships with banks.
2. Prepare and close sales to meet company targets.
3. Service and maintain relationships with existing clients.
4. Organize and coordinate training sessions to educate bank staff on insurance products and services.
5. Manage your portfolio to ensure good persistency of JHICU clients.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales.
3. Proficiency in computer applications.
4. A Certificate of Proficiency (COP) and a Certificate in Insurance (CII) is an added advantage.
