JOB DETAILS:
2. JOB TITLE: FIELD COLLECTIONS OFFICER

LOCATION: CITY CENTRE BRANCH

Responsibilities:
1. Solicits new loan accounts in accordance with specific periodic performance targets prescribed in the branch business plan;
2. Acquire new business relationships and accounts.
3. Grow the portfolio as per set targets.
4. Provide input into the marketing plan and campaigns targeted at increasing Small Enterprise revenue.
5. Conducts active marketing campaign to attract new clients;
6. Orients prospective clients about Kray’s loan products;
7. Assist in evaluating creditworthiness of loan applicants and conducting risk assessments.
8. Support senior credit officers in processing loan applications and preparing credit proposals.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Prior experience in banking or credit analysis is a plus.
