Description

Kray Microfinance is hiring a Relationship Officer – Personal Loans (5) to manage end-to-end salary loan processes from employer engagement to loan disbursement and repayment monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard employers & engage HR/Finance teams
• Process & appraise salary loan applications
• Ensure compliance & proper documentation
• Facilitate disbursements & monitor repayments
• Deliver excellent customer service & cross-sell products

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 2+ years in microfinance, banking, or lending
• Strong sales, credit appraisal & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & loan systems

• Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
