  1. The RFP document shall be inspected and issued at: Procurement & Disposal Office, Uganda Tourism Board (UTB), 6th Floor, Block C, Lugogo House, Plot 42, Lugogo Bypass, P.O. Box 7211, Kampala - Uganda.

  2. The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 10.00 AM on 1st April 2026.

  3. The detailed proposal notice is available at the Entity's website at www.utb.go.ug.

  4. The bidding document may be purchased by interested consultants from the address above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000; the method of payment will be through the Uganda Revenue Authority Payment Platform and Associated Banks.

  5. The procurements by Uganda Tourism board (UTB) are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
