The Kampala City Roads Rehabilitation Project (KCRRP)

1. Kampala Capital City Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

2. The Bidding document shall be inspected, issued and returned to the Procurement & Disposal Department at Kampala Capital City Authority (City Hall, Block B, 1st Floor, Office B112).

3. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday 12th December, 2025.

4. The detailed bid notice is available at www.kcca.go.ug; and at www.ppda.go.go/tenderportal;

5. Kampala Capital City Authority is regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.

6. The key qualification requirements are: registered Power of Attorney, proof of statutory compliance (URSB, PPDA, URA, NSSF), proof of ownership in the seller’s names or proof of authorisation to sell on behalf of the owner, proof of consent to sell (for family or matrimonial property), certificate of title, current Survey Report, location map and pictures of the land.

Note: The land should not be located in Ssentema. Land within wetlands or the vicinity of government security facilities will not be accepted. The bidding document is to be paid for through the KCCA e-Cite portal. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders who participated in the previous bidding process do not need to pay again.
