What you will do
• Work in a high-technology and result-oriented environment that uses data in decision-making to derive efficiency.
• Handle bookkeeping both for the local company and other subsidiaries.
• Analyse, and present summarized accounting information
• Monitor actual transactions against budget and prepare budget versus actual analysis.
• Prepare routine and monthly bank and wallet reconciliation of all the bank and wallet accounts
• File and payment of PAYE, WHT, NSSF & LST on a timely basis.
• Maintain the petty cash system as per the defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Assist in the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of the procured items
• Assist in other finance and accounting duties as may be required.

Who you are
• Proficient in the use of SAGE financial management system and Google Suite is an added advantage
• At least intermediate Excel skills is a must for this role
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, BBA & BCOM plus at least Level III CPA is a must.
• 3+ years of experience, including experience in microfinance or other financial institutes is an added advantage
• A technology-oriented individual with a solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
