Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant that manages and reports a company’s finances by preparing statements, budgets, and tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and providing data for strategic decisions, involving tasks like bank reconciliation, payroll, auditing, forecasting, and cost analysis, debt collection ultimately supporting financial health and goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), budgets, forecasts, and present insights to management.
- Data Management: Record, track, and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and cash flow.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations; conduct internal audits and reconcile accounts.
- Taxation: Compute taxes and prepare/file tax returns.
- Strategic Support: Advise on business plans, cost reduction, profit enhancement, and financial planning.
- Transaction Processing: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.
- Invoicing with EFRIS and Debt collection.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations and general ledger accounting.
