About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, and assist with reporting and reconciliations using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers in QuickBooks.
Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash records.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
Provide administrative support to the finance & sales team as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks and EFRIS an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Integrity, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.
