Administration Assistant
Temporary Contract: 2 Months
Roles/Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, professionally welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls to maintain a positive corporate image.
- Coordinate office operations, including correspondence management, meeting coordination and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Provide HR and administrative support, including attendance tracking, leave management and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage office supplies, utilities and administrative expenses, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain compliance and documentation, including licenses, statutory subscriptions and bid documentation.
- Support financial accountability processes by receiving, recording and reviewing site accountabilities before approval.
- Ensure a well-maintained and professional office environment by supervising maintenance and general office organization.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
