Administration Assistant

Temporary Contract: 2 Months

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, professionally welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls to maintain a positive corporate image.
  • Coordinate office operations, including correspondence management, meeting coordination and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Provide HR and administrative support, including attendance tracking, leave management and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Manage office supplies, utilities and administrative expenses, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain compliance and documentation, including licenses, statutory subscriptions and bid documentation.
  • Support financial accountability processes by receiving, recording and reviewing site accountabilities before approval.
  • Ensure a well-maintained and professional office environment by supervising maintenance and general office organization.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
