We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing operations and administrative duties within the guarding services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Management of supervision, deployment and maintenance of discipline for all staff in guarding services
Formulate working instructions and operating procedures for guarding services.
Allocate duties to Operation Controllers and monitor individual performance and ensure that daily occurrences are properly recorded in the Occurrence Book.
Prepare assignment instructions and deployment procedures.
Preparations of Supervisors Checking Lists, coordinate supervision and closely monitor the performance of Supervisors and Guards.
Preparation and maintenance of Reliever Charts, Daily Posting Sheets and Deployment Records.
Handling disciplinary cases and dealing with shop stewards.
Conduct Security Surveys for manned guarding services and advise clients appropriately.
Preparation of clients visits schedule and ensuring that the visits are made regularly.
Liaise with clients on a regular basis to ensure services rendered meet their satisfaction.
Attending to clients’ complaints, visiting incident scenes and preparation of appropriate reports.
Liaising with the police on all security matters involving incidents and investigations.
Prepare monthly establishment reports.
Liaising with the relevant department for preparation of Contracts for Manned Guarding Services and ensuring customers have signed the contracts.
Formulate and conduct training and refresher courses for supervisors and guards.
To carry out regular physical spot checks on all guarding assignment for day and night shifts.
Minimum Requirements and Competencies
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences or any other related field.
At least three years of working experience in a similar role in a busy work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Social Sciences or any other related field.
At least three years of working experience in a similar role in a busy work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
