We are currently running a 6-month Graduate Trainee Program (with an option to extend) for recent graduates or young professionals not exceeding two (2) years in the field after graduation.

Role 1: Administrative Assistant (1)

Purpose

Provide administrative and office support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare, file, and organize documents and records.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Support report preparation and basic data entry.
  • Assist with office coordination and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support organizational efficiency.
  • Strong skills in phone etiquette and communication to manage correspondence effectively and maintain professional interactions.
  • Competence in clerical skills, including organizing and maintaining records, scheduling, and handling office tasks.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior administrative or executive assistance experience is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
