Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to manage a broad
range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse array of administrative and
operational tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business. You will play a pivotal
role in supporting staff, leadership, and operations, acting as the backbone of our team.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings,
    organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee supply inventory and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and
    compliance.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to streamline operations and enhance teamwork.
  • Implement office procedures and maintain documentation to uphold organizational standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent is a must
  • 2 years of proven experience in administrative or operational roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Ugandan local labor and tax regulations
