ADVERT FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO CONDUCT VOTER EDUCATION FOR THE 2025/2026 GENERAL ELECTIONS
The Electoral Commission, in accordance with section 12 (1), 0) of the Electoral Commission's Act Cap 140, invites applications from competent non-partisan, self-financing Individuals, Civil Society organizations/Groups and community based Organizations to be accredited to conduct voter education for the 2025/2026 General Elections.
Interested applicants for this service should provide the following information:-
• Name of the agency, individual, group of individuals, institution, association;
• Physical address;
• Contact details (address, telephone, e-mail, website and names of contact persons);
• Key personnel and their profiles;
• Copy of certificate of Registration;
• Area of operation;
• Experience in handling similar assignments;
• Evidence of current reach and coverage;
• Specific experience related to the conduct of voter education;
• Proposed workplan and methodology.
• k. Evidence of available resource base (equipment, materials and personnel;
• Mechanisms for feedback to the Commission
The accredited non-partisan individual, group of individuals or an institution or association shall carry out voter education subject to the guidelines determined by the Electoral Commission.
Applications should be addressed to the Secretary, Electoral Commission and be delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the Address below, not later than 31st October, 2024.
