Reports to: Chief Agency Officer
This is a strategic role supporting the agency sales function through data analysis, performance tracking, and operational excellence. The Analyst will generate actionable insights to drive activations, improve agent productivity, and guide business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track all sales activations to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Analyze sales and agency activity data, prepare dashboards, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Support business development by identifying market opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and assisting with pipeline management.
  • Produce regular reports for leadership and use predictive analytics to forecast trends and client behaviours.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure data-driven decision making and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications in analytics (e.g., Microsoft, Google) and/or insurance are advantageous.
  • 5–6 years’ experience in data analysis within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
