Reports to: Recruitment Manager
Purpose: Drives the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of high-performing agency sales talent to strengthen Jubilee’s sales force.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build partnerships with universities and recruitment bodies.
  • Design graduate programs and structured onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with IRA & ITC regulations and maintain proper documentation.

Key Competencies:
Talent acquisition expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Finance (Master’s preferred), HR certifications desirable

Experience:
4–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in insurance/financial services.
