About the Role:

FAKULIN Agriculture Ltd is engaged in the sale of agrochemicals including fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides. We are seeking four experienced and result-driven Sales Officers to support our growing operations.

Deployment Areas:

  • Sales Officer 1: Kampala – Jinja – Mbale – Soroti – Lira – Gulu – Masindi – Hoima – Kampala
  • Sales Officer 2: Kampala – Mityana – Mubende – Fort Portal – Kasese – Bushenyi – Mbarara – Masaka – Kyotera – Kampala
  • Sales Officer 3: Responsible for large-scale farms in the Eastern & Northern regions
  • Sales Officer 4: Responsible for large-scale farms in the Western & Southern regions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell agrochemical products to farmers and distributors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and large farms
  • Understand customer capacity, payment terms, and product movement
  • Drive sales performance within assigned regions

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in agrochemical sales with reputable companies (e.g., Bukoola, Nsanja)
  • Strong understanding of large farm operations and customer dynamics
  • Energetic, positive, trustworthy, and ethical
  • Result-oriented with ability to work under pressure
