Responsibilities:
• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.
• Track asset utilization and performance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on asset status, value, and performance for management.
• Ensure assets are properly maintained and insured.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or asset management software.
