Description
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an Aviation Mechanic Assistant for a client in the oil and gas sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance schedules, as well as monitoring progress to ensure all into-plane equipment is properly maintained and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on aviation into-plane equipment.
- Maintain and service into-plane vehicles and associated equipment as required.
- Conduct corrective maintenance, including minor repairs, on aviation fueling systems.
- Monitor filtration systems and safety features to ensure optimal equipment performance and compliance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate, up-to-date quality records.
- Train and mentor new staff in the maintenance of into-plane equipment.
- Supervise contractors operating within the depot, with a focus on those working on aviation equipment.
- Maintain sales records and perform meter reconciliation activities.
- Support drum-filling operations and assist with refueling activities as needed.
- Implement audit recommendations in coordination with the Aviation Operations Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in repair and maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Valid commercial driving permit (Class C).
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to maintenance and reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
