Bujagali Energy Ltd (BEL), the owner of the 250MW hydro power plant on the Nile River in Jinja, desires to enroll Graduate Trainees on a 3-year program based at the plant. This opportunity will give the trainees valuable workplace experience and accelerate their career paths.
Program Purpose
The successful candidates will train in various departments across the organization while developing foundational technical and non-technical competencies through hands-on experience and mentorship.
The program also aims at bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, enabling graduates to develop major skills like troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and process improvement activities among others.
Minimum qualifications:
