Mitooma District invites firms/ companies/ individuals to bid for supply of various goods and services under framework contracts, revenue collection & prequalification for the financial years 2025-26, 2026-27and 2027-28 as below:
### A. ANNUAL FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS – 2026/2026
Supply of fuel, oils & lubricants (motor vehicle servicing)
Supply of general stationary, small office equipment, cartridges & cleaning materials
Supply of printed stationary & staff identity cards
Supply of motor vehicle/plant tyres .batteries & cutting edges with their accessories
Supply of concrete culverts size 450mm, 600mm & 900mm
Supply and delivery of well graded gravel to all district roads
Supply of general furniture
Supply of Construction materials, road signs & dust bins
Supply of medical supplies
Supply of motor cycles
Repair of Motor vehicles / plant & supply of spare parts
Repair, servicing & supply of spare parts for motor cycles
Repair, servicing and supply of spare parts for information technology equipment
Provision of Photocopying, printing & binding services.
Provision of catering services & supply of food items.
Provision of radio talk shows/programs
Provision of print advertising services
### B. REVENUE SOURCES MANAGEMENT AND REVENUE COLLECTION.
Eligible bidders for management of revenue sources and revenue collection from markets. Slaughter fees, animal release, beer clubs and beer permits in the district.
Management and maintenance of Kanyakwanga Coffee Huller.
### C. PRE QUALIFICATION
Construction and maintenance of general Buildings.
Construction & maintenance of general water points
Supply of computers, printers, tablets & their accessories
Supply of protective riding gear
Supply of agriculture and veterinary demo kits
Supply of local goats
Supply of water testing kits
Supply of refrigerators & water dispensers
Design and documentation of Gravity flow scheme
### NOTE:
These procurements will be done in accordance with open domestic bidding method, PPDA Act (as amended) & Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Asset Regulations 2014& 2023.
Complete sets of application forms/bidding documents shall be picked by interested bidders from the Procurement & Disposal Unit office, Mitooma District Local Government headquarters.
The application/bidding documents should be clearly marked “Application for…” or “Bid for…” (State item applied for and the bidder’s name and address).
For prequalification and Framework contracts, you are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000= and revenue sources and management collection Ugx. 50,000= paid via Integrated Revenue Administrative System (IRAS).

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Planning: Develop and implement annual procurement plans in alignment with the district’s budget and PPDA regulations.
Bid Management: Oversee the entire bidding process, including advertisement, pre-bid meetings, bid evaluation, and contract awards.
Supplier Relations: Maintain a database of prequalified suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Documentation: Prepare procurement reports, minutes of evaluation meetings, and ensure proper record-keeping for audits.
Compliance: Ensure all procurements adhere to the PPDA Act, district policies, and ethical standards.
