Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with arrivals, luggage handling, and room orientation.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
- Support Front Office operations with deliveries, messages, and guest requests.
- Ensure safe storage of luggage and maintain lobby cleanliness.
- Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and professional service etiquette.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of an O’ Level certificate or equivalent.
- Training in hospitality or customer care is desirable.
- Physically fit to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (weekends, holidays).
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and guest service etiquette.
