The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) is the national professional accountancy body in Uganda, established in 1992, by the Accountants Act, Cap. 294. The Institute is mandated to:
Regulate and maintain the Standard of Accountancy in Uganda.
Prescribe and regulate the conduct of accountants and practicing accountants in Uganda.
ICPAU wishes to hire the services of a consultant/s to review, assess and recommend to Council an organizational structure that can ably drive the mandate of the Institute.
