1.Lira University has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Station Wagon for The Office of the Vice Chancellor, 14-Seater Van and an Ambulance for the above supply.
2.The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders.
3.Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(d) from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
5.The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. 6.Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(d) at or before 19th November,2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 8,700,000 (Eight Million Seven Hundred Thousand Shillings Only). Bid securities must be valid until 19th March 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
