BID NOTICE UNDER PUBLIC BIDDING (RE-ADVERTISED)

Invitation for Bids for Sale of Old Motor vehicles

Disposal Reference number: PSTU/2025-26/00002

The Uganda Post Ltd t/a Posta Uganda intends to sell old motor vehicles (04units). The old motor vehicles are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and the Posta Uganda will have no further liability after sale.

The Posta Uganda now invites soalad bids for the purchase of old vehicles.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.

Interested bidders may inspect the old vehicles at General Post Office, Kampala Road and the Deo Lwanga Garage, at Makerere, Kavule from 22nd to 26th June, 2026 from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Posta Uganda and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, from Procurement and Disposal Unit office.

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX50,000/=. The method of payment will be Cash.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00AM on 1st July, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:30AM on 1st July, 2026.
