The Business Analyst be responsible for managing full IT projects life cycle from Projects initiation, Requirements elicitation, vendor selection, System Development, implementation, change management as well as coordinating with business users, projects’ stakeholders and IT suppliers.
Principal Accountabilities (KEY Performance areas):

Analyze user requirements, define solutions requirements, and document system specifications
Define Business process automation requirements, process flows and Terms of Reference
Develop realistic Project plans, ensuring that the approved plans are maintained and properly resourced.
Execute new IT Projects Delivery within scope, time and budget.
Ensure the project plan, code quality standard, application security standard related processes are defined and tracked with the release of the application.
Carry out new systems implementation through defined phases fully complying with IT project management methodology, processes and procedures.
Prepare detailed test scripts and execute thorough user acceptance testing of new Solutions, ensuring that they meet agreed requirements and business expectations,
Analyze and document project risks and mitigation strategies
Provide Timely and accurate project information and reporting to project owners and sponsors
Work closely with vendor partners, business users, contracted teams and track product implementation project throughout the lifecycle.
Conduct regular in-service reviews for external suppliers
Provide fair and accurate feedback on the performance of resources assigned to projects
Drive full and maximum utilization of implemented business applications
Continuously, review business processes and recommend automation opportunities geared towards improving business efficiency, savings costs and increasing revenues
Knowledge and Experience
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Project Manager Certification (PMP or Prince II) or Certified Business Analyst or equivalent
Years of Experience
(Minimum)
Have minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager.
Have completed min 2 enterprise-wide full cycle project from start to end using SDLC project lifecycle.

Be experienced in project management, stakeholder management, team leading and should have led development of large projects
