Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our full suite of services. We are looking for someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base for both in-house and BDO services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients
Promote and position recruitment, HR, and business development outsourcing (BDO) services to potential partners
Conduct industry and market research to understand trends and support strategic client targeting
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
Act as a key point of contact between clients and outsourced BDO teams
Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving targets and delivering value to clients
Proven ability to mentor junior team members and support skill development
Experience working on international projects or with diverse client portfolios is an advantage
Solid understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and B2B partnership development
Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and solution selling in service-based industries
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
