Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote (with occasional field visits)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and motivated Business Development Trainees to join our team at Lafab Solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business growth, client engagement, and sales while contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative HR, recruitment, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in promoting and positioning Lafab Solutions’ services, including recruitment, HR, and business support solutions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to implement growth strategies.
  • Keep records of client interactions and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Some experience (even internship or volunteer-based) in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing field visits effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
