Responsibilities:
Conduct business diagnostics and root cause analysis
Support the design and structuring of transformation programs
Prepare executive-level presentations and transformation roadmaps
Collaborate with business units to implement key transformation initiatives
Track initiative progress and identify risks
Conduct research on trends, benchmarks, and innovations
Assist in embedding sustainability practices
Work with change champions to support change management efforts
Gather and incorporate user feedback into initiative design
Promote collaboration between departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy or business transformation roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management and digital innovation
