JOB DUTIES:

  • Oversee meat processing, cutting, packaging, and display of premium cuts.
  • Supervise butchery staff and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
  • Track inventory, reduce wastage, and prepare daily stock or sales reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a diploma in hospitality or a related field.
  • Training or experience in butchery/meat processing.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a professional butchery.
  • Strong knife skills and good supervisory/communication abilities.
