Donswift Company is hiring a Butchery Lead/Supervisor with the following duties and responsibilities;
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee meat processing, cutting, packaging, and display of premium cuts.
- Supervise butchery staff and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
- Track inventory, reduce wastage, and prepare daily stock or sales reports.
Technical Skills
- Training or experience in butchery/meat processing.
- Strong knife skills.
Soft Skills
- Good supervisory/communication abilities.
Education & Requirements
- Education: At least a diploma in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years
- Industry Experience: Hospitality
