Donswift Company is hiring a Butchery Lead/Supervisor with the following duties and responsibilities;

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee meat processing, cutting, packaging, and display of premium cuts.
  • Supervise butchery staff and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
  • Track inventory, reduce wastage, and prepare daily stock or sales reports.

Technical Skills

  • Training or experience in butchery/meat processing.
  • Strong knife skills.

Soft Skills

  • Good supervisory/communication abilities.

Education & Requirements

  • Education: At least a diploma in hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Industry Experience: Hospitality
