JOB DETAILS:
China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporaton (CPECC) Uganda provides integrated engineering services in oil and gas upstream/ downstream/storage/transportation, traditional and green power generation, and municipal utilities. It is currently participating in the Kingfisher EPC3 project and EPC construction of storage tanks on the Tilenga project upstream facilities (TPUF). If you are an experienced professional who posses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tire contractors, then we are looking for you!

CPECC Uganda QHSE Director

Minimum Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 10 years of experience in oilfield
• Manage and Supervise the CPECC Uganda projects of project safety, quality, health, security and environment, including Kingfisher project/ Tilenga project and others.
• Support other deputy general managers to carry out various tasks. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the target assessment of the department in charge.
• Qualified QHSE practitioner in oilfield surface facilities installation engineering.
• Various abilities required for oilfield construction/installation/commissioning work.
• Sufficient experience in oilfield project management.
• MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)
• Sufficient experience in oilfield project management.
• Certified NEBOSH-IGC, PMP certifications, certified ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 and 18001.

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
