Cabin Crew job at Uganda Airlines

Key Duties.

1. Prepare the cabin before take-off to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
2. Monitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight.
3. Prepare accurate reports concerning any significant safety and non-safety issues happening on flights.
4. Understanding the duties of assigned position during flights.
5. Adhere to established regulations and procedures.
6. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE 

1. Minimum qualification. A diploma from a recognized Institution or an IATA Airline Cabin Crew Certificate
2. University Degree is an added advantage.
3. Minimum age 21 years and Maximum 32 years.
4. Minimum height 160 cm (5.2 ft.) 
5. Minimum arms reach 212 cm (on tiptoes).
6. Able to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
7. Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
8. Out-going personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. 
9. Able to inspire guests through innovative hospitality.
10. Excellent Health and fitness, with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI).
11. No tattoos or body piercings (Exception of one earring in the lower lobe of each ear for females only.)
12. Willing to comply with Uganda Airlines medical and health screening requirements.
13. No criminal record.
14. Positive, confident, flexible and a friendly attitude.
15. Adaptive to diverse teams, cultures and fast-changing environments.
16. Comfortable with irregular hours and working on a roster.
