Salaam Bank is hiring a Call Centre Officer responsible for customer inquiries, resolving complaints, offering product information, and escalating complex issues appropriately to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional & courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding the organization’s products, services.
  • Log all customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  • Ensure adherence to call center policies, scripts, and quality standards
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and emotional intelligence
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for service excellence
  • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability
