Call for Expression of Interest for the Statutory External Audit Services & Land Valuation & Surveying Services tender job at Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited

Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District. It operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa, Lyantonde and the surrounding areas.

In a bid to ensure sustainable achievement of our mission, Rushere SACCO Limited is seeking to acquire the followings services:

1. EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Required Profile of Audit Firm
Bidding firms will be required to meet the following criteria:
a) Be registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and must hold a current Practicing Certificate.
b) Should have been in operation for a period of at least four years and undergone a Quality Assurance Review by ICPAU.
c) Should demonstrate that it has the capacity, capability and experience required to undertake the audit within required time lines.
d) The firm should demonstrate adequate experience in SACCO’s.

e) The firm should be in the current list of the prequalified external auditors by Bank of Uganda & MTIC

2. LAND VALUATION & SURVEYING SERVICES

Required Profile of the Firm
Firm/ Individuals must be registered with the Surveyors Registration Board (SRB) with the current valid practicing certificate.
a) Should demonstrate that it has the capacity, capability and experience required to undertake the assigned work within required time lines.
b) The firm should demonstrate adequate experience in SACCO’s.

Request for Proposal Submission
Firms meeting the above criteria are requested to submit their proposals on or before 30th September, 2025 in a sealed envelope or email as follows:
