Description:
VVOB in Uganda seeks consultancy support for the LEAP Longitudinal Studies. Under Lot 1, the consultant will develop measurement tools to assess the self-efficacy of in-service schoolteachers and school leaders, building on the tool previously designed by VVOB and currently used in the ongoing PRESET Longitudinal Study. Under Lot 2, the consultant will lead data analysis and reporting for both longitudinal studies within the LEAP programme.
Expected Start Date: 1 December 2025
Budget: Maximum EUR 15,000
