Background
Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Card Assistant for our client in the petroleum sector. The role focuses on overseeing payment system deployments and continuously monitoring training and implementation activities at service stations and client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and update the existing database in Tomcard.
- Validate all data migrated to the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system.
- Print new cards for migrated clients, while onboarding new clients directly onto the system.
- Distribute new cards to migrated clients in a timely and organized manner.
- Address and resolve all card-related issues, queries, and requests within the Temc+ (MyFuel+) system.
- Follow up regularly to ensure that migrated clients' orders are processed without delay.
- Provide timely feedback on any errors encountered during card production.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all migrated data.
- Promote adherence to the Affiliate's Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data-related tasks.
- Proficiency with IT systems and readiness to learn new technologies.
