Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for providing spiritual, emotional, and pastoral guidance to students, staff, and the broader Mildmay Uganda community.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Theology.
  • Must be a Practicing Ordained Reverend of the Church of Uganda.
  • Experience in pastoral care, counselling, or youth ministry is preferred.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An in-depth understanding and alignment with Mildmay Uganda’s Christian Ethos.
  • Strong ethical and moral values, acting as a role model for students.
  • An approachable and caring personality with a genuine interest in the well-being of students and staff.
  • A non-judgmental approach to human relations.
