JOB DETAILS:
Chef
Coordinates closely with: Procurement, Stores and Quality Control Department

Profile:
• Previous experience with catering/hospitality industry minimum of 5 years
• Experience in Chinese cuisines and Pastry
• Good knowledge of computer applications: WORD and EXCEL

Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaises with customer service department to ensure that all airline orders are brought in time
• Ensures that menu specifications are adhered to on daily basis as per customer's requirements
• Ensures that relevant staffs have knowledge of the menu by training them and keeping records Liaises with Quality control department to maintain HACCP safety throughout the kitchen
• Participates in menu development and presentation for airlines and projects
• Liaises with sanitation department on hygiene and cleanliness through the kitchen.
