Job Summary:
To lead the kitchen brigade, create menus, and oversee the preparation of all food items, maintaining high quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus, manage food costs, and control inventory.
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking.
- Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Creative ability and extensive knowledge of various cuisines.
