Job Summary:

To lead the kitchen brigade, create menus, and oversee the preparation of all food items, maintaining high quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus, manage food costs, and control inventory.
  • Oversee all food preparation and cooking.
  • Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Creative ability and extensive knowledge of various cuisines.
