Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a Client Relationship Manager with strong HSE management experience for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer relationship skills with expertise in health, safety, and environmental management to ensure outstanding service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Apply health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management expertise to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service aligned with client expectations and HSE standards
Manage and supervise workers to ensure safe practices and high-quality performance on site
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain strong partnerships
Support the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures within the client’s operations
Prepare reports and documentation related to HSE compliance and client interactions
Facilitate communication between the client and internal or outsourced teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and contribute to business growth through proactive client engagement
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to drive service excellence and client satisfaction
Proven ability to lead or mentor teams, including support for junior staff development
Experience working with diverse client portfolios or in multinational project environments is an added advantage
Solid understanding of safety compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with CRM tools, service delivery processes, and reporting systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
