JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Conservation Officer

Role Purpose
The role holder will analyze Retail Life premium and policy statuses on a daily and ensure that the portfolio is retained within the expected persistency levels through timely client engagement. The role holder will also be required to analyze all policy exit requests with a view of retaining the client before the request is executed.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business or any other related course.
2. Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage

Relevant Experience
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
3. Familiarity with insurance or financial products and services is advantageous
