We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Worker to assist with building, repairing, and maintaining structures. The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge, follow safety protocols, and work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in building, demolition, and renovation projects.
Load/unload materials and prepare construction sites (clearing debris, digging trenches).
Operate hand/power tools (e.g., drills, saws, hammers) under supervision.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
Adhere to safety guidelines (wear PPE, secure work zones).
Perform basic tasks like mixing concrete, framing, or installing drywall.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ months in construction (or willingness to train).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long hours, and work outdoors.
