Job Summary: Lafab Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client FundRed – Bukoto a Content Creator and Promoter / Social Media Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and promoting it across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in using all social media platforms and posting Google ads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
• Create compelling content for social media posts, blogs, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a content creator or social media marketer.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to create visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
