Corporate Relationship Manager Financial Institutions role at KCB Bank Uganda involves managing corporate clients within the Financial Institutions sector, focusing on relationship management, business development, and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities or duties:

  • Grow the Corporate deposit book through current accounts/collection business and Debt, Trade, and Treasury opportunities from the FI Sector.
  • Provide specialist sector information and governance training to various teams in the Bank.
  • Monitor customer performance, cross-sell products, and drive account planning processes.
  • Establish and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring revenue growth within acceptable risk profiles.
  • Ensure digital migration of the assigned portfolio and promote cashless solutions.
  • Coordinate Financial Institutions sales activations and support branches.

Qualifications or requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Professional Certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Business development, Banking operations, Governance controls, and Risk management.

Experience needed:

A Minimum of 8 Years’ Experience in Relationship Management & Customer Engagement, Business development and portfolio growth, Banking operations/shared services, Governance controls and Risk management.
