Goodwill (Uganda) Ceramic Co Ltd is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. This role involves operating cranes to support manufacturing and construction activities, ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on cranes to ensure safety and functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid crane operator certification or license.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience operating cranes in an industrial or construction setting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and crane operation procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to varying conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
