Goodwill (Uganda) Ceramic Co Ltd is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. This role involves operating cranes to support manufacturing and construction activities, ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on cranes to ensure safety and functionality.
Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate logs of crane operations and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid crane operator certification or license.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience operating cranes in an industrial or construction setting.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and crane operation procedures.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to varying conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
