JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Intern)
Main Purpose of Job:
The Customer Care Intern at ChapChap will play a pivotal role in supporting the customer care department's daily operations. This role is designed to provide valuable experience and training in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Reporting Relationships:
The Customer Care Intern will report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
Scope Relationships:
The Customer Care Intern will collaborate with members of the customer support team and interact with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and maintaining customer support channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Learn and adhere to company values and standards in customer interactions.
• Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
• Gain an understanding of various customer support team roles and contribute to team success.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support operations.
• Key Performance Indicators:
• Timely and effective response to customer inquiries.
• Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from customers.
• Adherence to company values and standards in customer interactions.
• Active participation in training and development activities.
• Contribution to team success and achievement of performance targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn and use customer service software.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic customer support team.
• Preferred Additional Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a customer service or support role.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
• Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Area of residence within 10km from Chap Chap Head Office (Anglican Shrine Namugongo).
• Special Personal Characteristics:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
