Role. Customer Care Representatives (2 Positions), French Speaking.

Location. Kampala, Uganda.

Job Purpose.

The Customer Care & Sales Support Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth processing of customer orders. This role ensures customer satisfaction through effective communication, order handling, and coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities.

  • Receive customers and greet them warmly
  • Ensure that items for sale are availed to customers.
  • Give allocated prices per quantity selected by the customer and place the standard sales order in the system.
  • Ensure that all sales order numbers are sent to accounts for approval.
  • Forwarding the sales order to the cashier for the client to pay and make an invoice.
  • Create the delivery note, print it out, and give it to the accounts department for approval and then to the warehouse department to load the items.
  • Ensure that clients are comfortable as they wait for the items to be loaded.
  • Manage customer inquiries for all products and services and ensure timely resolution for same.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and assist for all services offered by organization and ensure resolution for same.
  • Analyze customer care feedback and recommend improvements in customer care services.
  • Any other duties assigned.
