Job Purpose

To support the organization in providing excellent customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and community members while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and patients.
  • Provide accurate information about available services and programs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Receive and direct feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Support front office and reception activities.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients.
  • Assist in organizing customer service activities and events.
  • Support data collection and reporting activities when required.
  • Promote a positive image of KARUDEC.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Customer Care, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Applicants should demonstrate willingness to serve and interact with people.
