Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. As a Customer Relations Manager, you are required to Manage Customer Relations of all clients of Securex Agencies Uganda Limited.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring the company’s business growth.
  • Interact daily with customers, attending to their needs and come up with available solutions in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Planning strategic methods by which to conduct company activities.
  • Liaise with clients on a regular basis to ensure services rendered are to their satisfaction.
  • Attending to clients’ complaints, visiting incident scenes and preparation of appropriate reports.
  • Liaising with the relevant department for preparation of Contracts for Manned Guarding, Alarm (Auto, Manual and Car), Access Control, C.C.T.V, Cash in Transit, Metal Detectors, Electric Fence Services, and ensuring customers have signed the contracts prepared.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate research and data collection on existing and potential clientele.
  • Propose recommendations to management regarding its relationship with the clientele.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly establishment reports concerning the clientele base of the company.
  • Maintain an efficient relationship with the existing clientele.

Minimum Requirements and competencies

  • A bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, Office Management and Social Sciences or any other related field.
  • At least five years of working experience in a similar role in a very busy Security Company setting.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM software like Freshdesk will be an added advantage.

  • Strong Marketing skills, Customer care skills, Organizational skills, Time management skills, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills, Computer skills-proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
